Search and apply for a job on our Careers website. Once you’ve created a profile you’ll be able to quickly apply on open jobs, set-up job alerts, and view the status of your application.
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application will be reviewed by a member of our talent acquisition team.
A member of our talent acquisition team will review applications. If you are selected, one of our talent specialists will contact you to set up a phone interview.
We keep résumés in our database for one year so if an opportunity arises we could contact you again.
You must have the right to work in Canada before you can start working at Groupe Marcelle. In other words, your visa must be valid before we send you an offer of employment.
The watchword is PREPARATION. We want to see you did research on the company and even on the people that interview you. Take the time to fully understand the position and show us you can relate it with your previous experiences. Then, most importantly, BE YOURSELF, because our goal is to get to know you better.
A typical interview takes about an hour depending on the position you applied on.
Our goal is not to trick you but to understand who you are and ensure you’re the right person for this position. We’ll ask you different questions to understand how you reflect and react in different situations. So be prepared to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the job description by sharing specific examples from your past, or ideas about how you would accomplish a specific task.
Your talent specialist can help you understand the specific timeline for the opening you’ve applied for. Normally, you should hear back from us with a status update within two weeks of your interview. In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.
When you create your candidate profile on our careers site you’ll be asked to share your career history by uploading your résumé.
Click on the register button in the bottom-left of the job description or in the bottom-right of the footer then simply fill in the fields.
You can upload multiple resumes as attachments within your profile, but the last resume submitted is the one that our talent acquisition team will associate with all active applications.
We recommend submitting a new resume when your work history, qualifications or contact information change. Your most current resume will remain active in our database until you submit a new version. We also recommend keeping your LinkedIn profile up-to-date.
